The primary goal in developing the concept was to create multifunctional, attractive and friendly main public space

city, taking into account the following assumptions:

• shape of the main square of the Old Town and its surroundings using characteristic, simple and noble forms,

giving this place an individual expression,

• creating the possibility of various use of the area, taking into account the functions typical for a city center,

• the use of a varied arrangement with a wide introduction

greenery,

• taking into account the spatial and historical context of the place,
• introduction of energy saving and related solutions with mitigation of unfavorable climate changes
