The word “gallery” takes on a new meaning today. Our goal was to create a unique place offering the possibility of meetings, shopping or entertainment.

Galeria Chełm with an area of 17.5 thousand square meters m2 offers 55 commercial and service premises and over 550 parking spaces. The plot on which the new shopping center has been built is located at the intersection of Lubelska and Rejowiecka streets, in the place which is the main communication hub of the city. The gallery covers nearly 300 thousand. inhabitants and border traffic with Ukraine and Belarus. It is a joint investment of Acteeum and Equilis, which was awarded the BREEAM Design Stage certificate. The facility was opened for use in the first quarter of 2020.
